Landscape Lights – Our Guarantees
Steel Fixtures Lifetime Guarantee: The fixture’s metal housing and cap will not rust through or fail to function normally with proper care for the lifetime of the original owner. And, the fixture’s socket and associated assembly will function properly with proper care for the lifetime of the original owner. * Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lamps or powder coat finishes.
* Please note: All Attraction Lights fixtures are fabricated from such heavy gauge metal that powder coating can be reapplied at some distant time when the original attractive finish appearance might fade. Consult your local metal finishing expert, or return to Attraction Lights for a quote.
Steel Fixtures Lifetime Guarantee is Void under the following conditions:
- Fixture’s metal housing and base has been buried in soil and/or mulch. Note: Concrete piers and ABS plastic stakes are intended to elevate the light’s metal housing at least one inch above soil level. Mulch may be used to hide piers and stakes, but do not cover the fixture’s metal base with soil and/or mulch!
- The natural rust finish has been spoiled by direct and frequent spray by sprinklers. This may shorten the fixture life and may reduce the attractive appearance of the finish depending on local water conditions.
- The fixture’s socket and associated assembly has been receiving direct and frequent spray from sprinklers. The protective enclosure around the socket provides protection from normal weather conditions, but not direct rising spray from sprinklers.
- The installation was not properly performed by a lighting professional according to professional standards and instructions that accompany the fixtures, or are available on www.AttractionLights.com, Resources page, Installation.
Steel Fixtures Powder Coat Guarantee – 5 Years:
- Attraction Lights uses modified preparation and fixture assembly to improve the likely-hood of a long lived powder coat finish. We also zinc plate the steel parts prior to powder coating to provide a rust resistant base coating. And, we only use UV resistant powders.
- The average life for a powder coat finish is 10-15 years. At which time our heavy gauge fixtures can be sand blasted and re-finished.
- Attraction Lights urges you to consider our weathered steel finish which will maintain its attractive earthly appearance for your life time and beyond. The only exception maybe by saltwater. The natural rust finish is a “living finish” and is always renewing itself. Rust has texture depth and dimension that applied finishes do not offer!
Replacement Guarantee: If the fixture’s housing, finish and/or socket assembly fail under normal conditions and proper care, the fixture must be returned by the original owner or purchaser for inspection by Attraction Lights. The fixture will be replaced, or repaired and returned if the fault is found to be in the materials and/or workmanship.
